Attica, Thessaloniki civil servants to stage 4-hr walkout
Civil servants in Attica and Thessaloniki are to join a four-hour work stoppage at 11.30 a.m. on Thursday to protest state cutbacks, particularly in the ailing health sector.
The walkout, which was called by the civil servants? union ADEDY on Wednesday, is expected to disrupt state services.
Protesters will gather at Mavili Square near central Athens from Thursday noon while a similar rally is planned for Thessaloniki.
