Seamen to join Feb. 20 general strike
The union representing Greek seamen, PNO, said on Friday that it will be joining a nationwide 24-hour strike called by private and public workers’ organizations GSEE and ADEDY on Wednesday, February 20, meaning ferries will remain docked throughout the day.
There will also be a media blackout on Tuesday, February 19, as journalists join the action a day ahead of other unions.
