Ferries to remain docked Wednesday because of sailors’ strike

Ferries are to remain moored on Wednesday as members of the Panhellenic Seamen’s Union (PNO) hold a 24-hour strike to protest draft legislation which, unionists claim, paves the way for the abolition of collective labor contracts that safeguard wage levels and other benefits.
