Three executives of private Greek power firms held on graft charges
Three executives of private electricity providers Energa and Hellas Power were arrested on Thursday on a string of charges including money laundering, embezzlement and breach of faith.
Last November, the chief executive officer of Hellas Power, Vassilis Milionis, became the fifth suspect to be remanded in pretrial custody in connection to alleged debts to the state.
The two companies are accused of withholding some 200 million euros from the state.
