Woman posing as financial advisor caught after swindling 250,000 euros
A 56-year woman posing as an investment advisor was arrested on Monday on charges of allegedly swindling over 250,000 euros from prospective investors in the last year-and-a-half.
The case came to light following a complaint filed by a woman who said that the suspect had taken the sum of 9,510 euros from her in order to ostensibly invest the money in bonds.
