Circulation curfew imposed on Seikh Sou Forest
Local authorities in Thessaloniki on Wednesday decided to impose a ban on pedestrians and vehicles in the Sheikh Sou Forest yesterday following the breakout of a small fire in the protected area.
After consulting with the local fire service, they also said they are prepared to take additional emergency safety measures if high-risk weather conditions persists or if they find that the blaze was the work of arsonists.
