Samaras is due in New York on Wednesday, when he will speak with Greek-American businessmen.

On Thursday, Samaras will meet Obama at the White House.

The following day, the Greek premier will return to New York, where he will meet Mayor Michael Bloomberg, United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon and the head of the American Jewish Committee, David Harris.
