Ten to stand trial for financially damaging TSPEATH investment
Ten people were on Monday indicted in connection to an investment in a structured bond by the Pension Fund for Press Employees (TSPEATH).
The 10 suspects include two of its former presidents, Panayiotis Demestichas and Dimitris Kapranos.
TSPEATH invested in the 130-billion-euro government note in July 2006 with several other funds but the move was allegedly financially damaging for the organization and its members.
