New quake rattles Amfikleia
A third quake in less than 24 hours hit the area of Amfikleia in the prefecture of Fthiotida, north of Mount Parnassos in central Greece, on Tuesday morning, causing no injuries, according to the European Mediterranean Seismological Center (EMSC).
The moderate quake, which occurred at 8.46 a.m., measured 4.4 on the Richter scale and comes after two other tremors at the same location on Monday afternoon measuring 4.6 and 4.8 Richter respectively.
Some minor property damage has been recorded in the villages of Regina and Drymaia.
