Body of an unidentified young girl found on Chios
Port authority officials on the eastern Aegean island of Chios were on Wednesday trying to identify a little girl whose corpse was discovered on a beach near the fishing retreat of Mylarakia on Tuesday.
The corpse was in an advanced state of decomposition, according to police who were awaiting the outcome of a coroner’s report for details on the girl’s identity and cause of death.
