Probe into car explosion following three blasts in Palaio Faliro
Police in Palaio Faliro, southern Athens, were on Friday investigating the cause of three explosions that destroyed a parked car in the early hours of the morning
The series of blasts occurred at 2.30 a.m., according to police while sources indicated that no traces were found of explosives or of gas canister bombs, which are often used in similar attacks.
Members of the local fire service extinguished the fire and were cooperating with police in the investigation.
