Man arrested after shooting on Serifos
A man was shot twice in the legs following an argument with another man in the main town of the Cycladic island of Serifos.
The incident took place on Sunday evening in Hora, where an argument between a 43-year-old man and another, aged 37, broke out. It was not clear what prompted the row.
The gunman was detained by locals who witnessed the incident. They held him until police arrived to arrest the man.
The victim was transferred by helicopter to Athens for treatment. He was shot twice in the legs.
