Theodorakis challenges PM, ND chief to televised debate

To Potami leader Stavros Theodorakis has challenged outgoing Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras and opposition New Democracy leader Vangelis Meimarakis to a televised debate ahead of snap polls expected in September.

“Having the parallel monologues of 7 or 8 political leaders produces no results,” the centrist party said in a statement Tuesday.
