ND marginally ahead of SYRIZA in new poll
Greece's conservative New Democracy party has a 0.3 percentage-point lead over leftist SYRIZA, an opinion poll published on Thursday showed.
The poll by Metron Analysis for the parapolitika.gr website found New Democracy would get 31.9 percent of the vote in Sunday's election while SYRIZA would get 31.6 percent. Far-right Golden Dawn ranked third with 6.7 percent.
Most surveys over the last two weeks have found the two parties running virtually neck and neck. [Reuters]
