Lawyers planning December 9-15 strike
Lawyers are planning to strike between December 9 and 15 to protest changes to the civil procedure code which are due to apply from January.
A decision for protest action was taken by the heads of the country’s bar associations.
The amendments to the code are aimed at speeding up court cases and would bring about major changes in the operation of the Greek civil justice system.
