Kammenos to brief opposition on NATO’s Aegean refugee mission
Main opposition leader Kyriakos Mitsotakis will meet with Defense Minister Panos Kammenos on Friday to be briefed on latest developments regarding the refugee issue.
The meeting will take place at 1.30 p.m. at Mitsotakis’s office in Parliament.
The meeting comes a day after NATO confirmed that one of its rapid reaction forces will begin patrols in the Aegean aimed at tackling human traffickers who send refugees and migrants across the sea in dinghies from Turkey to Greece.
