Teen burglars face prosecutor on Rhodes
Two youths, aged 15 and 16, were arrested on Rhodes on Saturday in connection with a string of 15 burglaries in the island’s old town.
According to police, the pair would observe the homes of locals and, when they had determined that they were absent, would break in and steal money and jewelry.
The total value of their loot is estimated at around 30,000 euros.
The pair were to face a Rhodes prosecutor over the weekend on multiple charges of burglary.
