A homeless man eats a Christmas meal at the City of Athens homeless shelter on Tuesday as immigrant children play behind him. The shelter offered a turkey meal, sweets and clothing to the homeless and low-income families on Christmas Day and will be repeating the event on New Year’s Day when there will also be music for visitors.
