Protest and responsibility
Even under the conditions of general confinement, the government has shown tolerance as regards people exercising their right of assembly.
But no right is superior to public health. No political purpose exceeds respect for life.
Such respect cannot be imposed by force. It is a matter of basic social consciousness and responsibility.
