Illegal permits
The situation where the state issues building permits which are then canceled by the courts, even when the buildings have already been constructed, is not a good look for a modern state in this day and age.
There need to be clear urban planning rules which should be applied uniformly, without exception, and leave no loopholes for illegality, with respect for the natural and urban environment.
We also need a quick mechanism for identifying and imputing building code violations.
