The idea of opening up Greece’s tertiary education through transnational agreements is very ambitious and significant for the extroversion of higher education. It must succeed.

That is why the rules that will be adopted must be clear and guarantee the credibility and oversight of private institutions, both over the terms of their establishment and operation and student admissions.
