Restoring confidence
The concept of multidimensional governance does not just concern foreign policy, but all-important international investments, which are an economy’s lifeline.
Greece needs to be flexible enough to attract investments from everywhere and of course it cannot make itself dependent on just one great power.
Confidence in Greece, which has been severely diluted in recent years, will only be restored once Athens achieves the goal of becoming reliable vis-a-vis international markets, which is the place where, like it or not, decisions are made based on purely financial criteria.
