Greek refugee, migrants forums organizing silent walk
The Greek Forum of Refugees and the Greek Forum of Migrants are organizing a silent walk on Sunday, September 13.
The event takes place ahead of an emergency European Union summit meeting on the refugee and migrant crisis scheduled to take place in Brussels on Monday, September 14.
Those wishing to participate in Sunday’s march are invited to join organizers in Syntagma Square at 7.30 p.m. The walk will end outside the European Union’s Athens headquarters on Vassilissis Sofias Avenue.
