Turkish jets, two armed, violate Greek air space

A formation of six Turkish fighter jets breached Greek air space on Thursday. Two of the aircraft were armed, Greek military officials said.

The incursions into Greek air space occurred in the northeastern, central and southeastern Aegean.

All the planes were detected and intercepted.
