Elais-Unilever agrees deal with Minerva for sale of its industrial tomato products
Elais-Unilever agreed this week to sell its industrial tomato products business to Minerva.
The deal includes the former’s brand names Pummaro and Pelargos, and the tomato processing factory at Gastouni in the Peloponnese.
