Hines offers top bid for Capsis Resort

US investment group Hines submitted the top bid for the Out of the Blue Capsis Elite Resort on Crete at Thursday’s auction, amounting to 125 million euros.

It beat the bid by MHV Mediterranean Hospitality Venture Limited, which offered €87 million.

When the takeover is completed Hines will have boosted its presence in Greece.
