Gov’t aiming for Greek economy to stay open for Christmas
Government spokesperson Giannis Oikonomou referred to the government’s “balanced strategy against the pandemic” in an interview with Mega TV on Tuesday.
He said the goal is for the market to remain open during the Christmas holidays.
He added that people are aware of the importance of keeping the economy, education and society open “and are concerned when they see the coronavirus persisting and putting pressure on the health system.”
