Digital labor card will be expanded to more sectors

The Labor Ministry is processing the necessary adjustments to the application of the digital labor card, for the measure already applied to banks and large supermarkets to be extended to other sectors, with the fewest possible problems.
As of January the card will probably apply also to insurance and security companies, followed by industrial companies and utilities.
By the summer it is planned to be extended to tourism and food service and by the end of next year to all businesses operating in Greece.
Tuesday, December 20, is the ministry’s deadline for the personnel census of all businesses, which is also the ‘anteroom’ for the application of the digital card.
