National committee for cruise tourism set up
More than two years after its original announcement, the National Coordinating Committee for Cruise Tourism is finally being set up to undertake the drafting of the strategy for the growth of the sector in Greece with the participation of all parties concerned.
The committee will also aim to improve infrastructure and the regulatory framework for upgrading the maritime tourism product and to find faster solutions to everyday problems, mainly in the summer months, when activity peaks.
