Greek, Turkish officials meet to map Evros borderline

Greek and Turkish experts met in Edirne over three days, on May 25 to 27, to map the Evros borderline, diplomatic sources said on Friday.

The task was the mapping of the existing boundary line in the area of the river Evros, as it has been defined by the Athens Protocol of 1926, using modern technology.

The meeting was planned by the Greek and Turkish Foreign ministries.
