Athens press union announces four-hour work stoppage on Wednesday

Athens journalists’ union ESIEA said on Tuesday it will participate in a nationwide strike on Wednesdsay against the government’s new labor bill with a four-hour work stoppage.

The stoppage will be held from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m., and applies to all state and private news outlets, television channels and websites.
