Girl injured in ferry accident on Aegina

An 8-year-old girl was injured on the island of Aegina on Monday during her embarkation on a passenger ferry. The girl was rushed by the Coast Guard to the local medical center and is expected to be moved to a hospital in Athens for further care.

The exact causes of the incident are under investigation.
