Health authorities to report on monkeypox every Thursday
The National Public Health Agency (EODY) announced Saturday that it will make updates on monkeypox cases every Thursday.
So far, there has been only a single confirmed case of monkeypox in Greece. A second likely case was announced Saturday, but more tests are needed to confirm it is monkeypox and not some closely related virus. The hospitalized patient, a 47-year-old male had traveled to Spain recently.
