Teen shot at traffic policeman in Ioannina
A teenager who fired at a traffic police officer with an air pistol was arrested on Sunday in Ioannina, northwestern Greece, local authorities said on Monday.
The 15-year-old was charged with violating weapons laws.
His teacher, who was accompanying school pupils on a field trip when the incident occurred, was arrested, as were the boy’s parents, for neglecting his supervision.
A trial date was set for December.
