Kasselakis to visit Cyprus October 3-5

Stefanos Kasselakis is set to embark on his first foreign visit as the leader of the main leftist opposition, taking place in Cyprus’ capital Nicosia from October 3-5.
During his visit, Kasselakis is scheduled to engage in discussions with various state and political officials, although the party has not disclosed further information on these meetings.
Kasselakis sparked controversy prior to the runoff vote in SYRIZA’s leadership contest when he referred to the Turkish-occupied part of Cyprus as a “statelet.”
