49 arrested at Thessaloniki University after vandalism report
A coordinated police operation led to the arrest of 49 individuals on Saturday afternoon following reports of vandalism at the Aristotle University in the northern port city of Thessaloniki.
Various items were seized, including wooden batons, masks and incendiary devices.
Several police units assisted in the operation. An investigation is underway by the Thessaloniki Police Directorate.
