Man arrested in Athens suburb for attempted robbery
A 34-year-old man was arrested on Tuesday night for attempting to rob a woman in the northern Athenian suburb of Psychiko, police said.
The victim was about to enter a car when the unknown man approached her and pulled a gun, asking her to hand over personal items and cash. The victim managed to escape and the suspect fled.
Police officers detain the suspect and found that he had used a replica gun.
