Publisher Kouris to face charges over fake invoices

An Athens prosecutor on Wednesday brought charges against Giorgos Kouris, owner of Avriani newspaper and Alter television channel, for allegedly issuing and accepting fake invoices.

Charges were also brought against the management team of the now defunct Alter Channel.

The fake invoices were allegedly issued during the 2001-2004 period.
