Kasidiaris may face action for filming committee session
Parliament Speaker Nikos Voutsis on Thursday asked the House’s council of experts to examine whether Golden Dawn MP Ilias Kasidiaris should face action for filming a committee session that took place behind closed doors for national security reasons.
Kasidiaris and his fellow far-right MP Christos Pappas were ejected from Wednesday’s session of the defense and foreign affairs committee after shouting abuse at Defense Minister Panos Kammenos and calling him a “traitor.”
Kasidiaris filmed the incident and the footage was later published online.
