Off topic

Even if a member of Parliament feels that the procedural rules are being overzealously applied to him, they cannot react by occupying the podium.

This behavior, which is foreign to parliamentary morals, not only hurts the party that seeks to justify it; it also injures the prestige of the institution.

It is not only the toxic ego of the “squatter” that leads the lawmaker “off topic.” It is also the political system itself.
