Don’t charm them, convince them

The campaigns to encourage the return of the new diaspora are useful, but they are not enough. 

Those who lived through the economic crisis and were forced to emigrate do not need emotional ads to return. They need, first and foremost, to be convinced that the reasons that made them migrate have ceased to exist. 

They need to see, with their own eyes, that the country is reforming and operating according to the rules.
