Disproportionate spending

Independent international observers find that the Greek state’s spending on public education is not resulting in a corresponding level of service. 

One should also calculate the costs that Greek families bear to support their children’s progress. Then this disproportionate spending would seem even greater, and the need to fix it even more urgent.
