Adapting to change
Criticism of civil protection has shifted quietly from “Where is the state?” to “Why does the state intervene and close roads and schools?”
However, civil protection is showing signs of adapting to conditions it had not faced with such intensity prior to climate change.
Now citizens are beginning to show the same adaptability. Let’s remember that too much prevention is always better than overconfidence.
