Romania’s Mihai Covaliu (l) competes against France’s Nicolas Lopez during the men’s individual Sabre semifinal 2 match yesterday at the Fencing Hall of the National Convention Center, as part of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. Lopez won the contest with a score of 15-13. China’s Zhong Man won the gold medal, Lopez the silver and Covaliu took the bronze.
