Casino Rio suffers from withdrawal of Glafka fund
A two-month suspension of the operation of Casino Rio will be necessary after the rejection, by the Patra Court of First Instance, of the application for temporary legal protection measures on future claims.
The application, which was filed by the management of the Glafka Capital fund after the non-validation of the reorganization plan, was not accepted by the court following the intervention of the employees, the state and the social security funds.
