MPs observe a minute’s silence in memory of the Holocaust

MPs observed a minute’s silence at the start of parliamentary business on Tuesday in honor of Holocaust Remembrance Day.

It was followed by speeches delivered by the first deputy speaker and party representatives.

The International Day in Memory of the Victims of the Holocaust was observed on January 27, when it was also commemorated by Greek political leaders, who made special reference to the Greek Jewish victims of the Nazis. [AMNA]
