Man dies after being hit by car

A 36-year-old man was killed after being hit by a car on Thessaloniki’s ring road on Tuesday afternoon.
The accident occurred just before the Maiandros Street exit under unspecified circumstances.
The victim was transferred to Papageorgiou hospital where he was proclaimed dead. The driver of the car was also lightly injured and was also treated in hospital.
