Crooked officers suspended after probe

A police officer and a special guard who were arrested on drugs-related offenses have been suspended, the Hellenic Police announced on Tuesday.
An internal administrative inquiry was also ordered for the two policemen, who serve at precinct in southern suburbs of Athens.
The two uniformed officers have been charged with violations of the laws on addictive substances and breach of duty.
