Woman found dead in the street in Menidi

The body of a woman was found in the middle of the street in the area of Menidi, northwestern Attica, on Thursday morning, police said.
The woman, believed to be around 40 years of age, was found at the junction of Parnithos and Aristotelous streets with a knee next to her. There were no further details on the incident.
Police is investigating the circumstances of her death.
