Fake diplomat arrested
A 34-year-old Romanian woman has been arrested in Patissia, near central Athens, on suspicion of impersonating an embassy employee.
The woman allegedly approached foreigners living in the neighborhood and promised them work at the embassy.
She convinced some 20 victims to provide her with their tax identification numbers and a 50-euro registration fee each.
